noexclaim

If this flag is set, then anything you say which ends in an
exclamation mark ('!') won't be 'exclaimed' by you.  For example,
if you say "ha!" with the flag unset, you will see

   You exclaim, "ha!"

with the flag SET, you will see

   You say, "ha!"

This works on channels too.
